E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator

Liz Alig is looking for an e-commerce and customer service coordinator. Job is shipping orders and managing returns while ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to all customers service questions and concerns. Job will also be in part maintaining inventory and edition product catalog online.

Responsibilities

  • Write product descriptions. Must have a knowledge of clothing and sewing techniques to describe accurately.
  • Maintain accuracy of online data and inventory.
  • Package and ship all orders according to customer guidelines. 
  • Receive and QC all incoming merchandise for size and quality.
  • Maintain good customer service by facilitating returns and replying to customer service questions in a timely manner.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Must be very organized. 
  • Collaborative approach with ability to take feedback and adapt to changes.
  • Attention to detail and very good writing skills.
  • Sewing and textile knowledge and skills for quality control and product descriptions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Can be kind to unhappy customers.
  • Must be able to work from studio in Nashville, TN at least twice a week, childcare is not provided.

Compensation

  • Compensation is $25 an hour. Hours will be about 10-20 hours a week depending on work load.
