E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator
Liz Alig is looking for an e-commerce and customer service coordinator. Job is shipping orders and managing returns while ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to all customers service questions and concerns. Job will also be in part maintaining inventory and edition product catalog online.
Responsibilities
- Write product descriptions. Must have a knowledge of clothing and sewing techniques to describe accurately.
- Maintain accuracy of online data and inventory.
- Package and ship all orders according to customer guidelines.
- Receive and QC all incoming merchandise for size and quality.
- Maintain good customer service by facilitating returns and replying to customer service questions in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will have:
- Must be very organized.
- Collaborative approach with ability to take feedback and adapt to changes.
- Attention to detail and very good writing skills.
- Sewing and textile knowledge and skills for quality control and product descriptions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Can be kind to unhappy customers.
- Must be able to work from studio in Nashville, TN at least twice a week, childcare is not provided.
Compensation
- Compensation is $25 an hour. Hours will be about 10-20 hours a week depending on work load.
