Returns

All regular priced items can returned for a store credit for free. Returns to original payment method will be deducted $12 return shipping and restocking fee. Returns must be made 30 days after items is received. We can not offer returns for international orders.

Anything purchased at 30% off or more can be returned for a store credit only minus return shipping.

Anything purchased 60% off or more are final sale items.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can opt for a store credit and purchase the correct size once we process your return. 

 

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Send an email to returns@lizalig.com with your name, order number, and details of your exchange or return. (See below if you are about to send an email regarding an item you purchased on sale.) 
• We will get back to you within 3 business days with a return shipping label. (We batch our returns so it may take a few days to receive a response.) Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response in 3 business days.
• Package your return and take it to your local post office. Please make sure to drop it off at least 5 days from when the label was sent, so it does not expire. 
• Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process a refund.
